We are also proud to have in our team employees who are experienced or hold qualifications in the following fields: Sign Language, Behavioural Management, Makaton, Autism, Meningitis, Progression through Play and Children with Disabilities to name just a few.

- A nutritiously wholesome home cooked lunch is prepared daily, on the premises, with mid morning and afternoon snacks also provided.
- School collections available from St Ita’s, St Joseph’s and Cairnshill nursery and primary schools.
- Our vehicles are fully insured to carry children to and from school; we use booster seats for children that require them that are all fully fitted to the highest specifications.
- We endeavour to provide the best care for each individual, catering for the needs of both the parent and child.
- To ensure staff morale remains high we offer excellent wage packages, inclusive of substantial holidays, good working conditions on-site training. Social events and team building exercises are organised to maintain excellent working relationships between staff.
- We exercise a strictly NO SMOKING policy within working hours, this includes tea breaks and lunch hour.
